My Work.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep desire to empower others to step into their fullest potential and live a life of purpose. Using modalities such as Human Design, Gene Keys and Numerology, we can paint a valuable picture of who you came on this planet to be.
We each carry a unique energetic blueprint, and our souls came here with a specific mission. When we align with the path our soul intended for us, life begins to feel exciting, fulfilling and meaningful.
I also believe that in order to fully live our highest potential, our health must be supported. When the body is struggling, it becomes difficult to embody our purpose, no matter how clear we are on a soul level.
Through my work with German New Medicine and somatic-based practices, I support people who are navigating chronic or ongoing health challenges to better understand the language of their body. Rather than seeing symptoms as something to fight or suppress, we explore what the body may be communicating and the deeper patterns it is responding to.
In my sessions, my intention is to guide you back to your true, authentic self - helping you reconnect with your body, your truth, and your purpose, so that you leave feeling empowered, aligned, and more at home in yourself.
